This tour package includes:

1. Accommodations at 4-star hotel

  • 2 nights at Rome Marriott Park Hotel

2. Breakfast Daily

2. Sightseeing (as per itinerary) onboard modern air-conditioned motor coaches.

3. Services of English speaking tour manager from arrival until departure.

4. Full-time local English speaking guide in Rome.

5. Entrance fees.

6. Porterage fee for one luggage piece per person.

Tour Itinerary

  • Pick up from FAO after closing with your English speaking tour manager.
  • Lunch Local Restaurant (optional)
  • Transfer to the city center and start of sightseeing tour with a local English speaking guide with a focus on Ancient Rome. Roman Forum, Triumphal Arch of Constantine, Colosseum (entrance fees included).
  • Dinner Drop-off. Tour bus will drop off groups near or at recommended restaurants.
  • Overnight Location: Rome
  • Meal(s) included:Breakfast

Tour Day 2, (Vatican City and Rome Piazzas)  Vatican-city

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Morning visit to the Vatican City. Vatican Museums (entrance fees included). Visit Michelangelo’s  Sistine Chapel, stroll through St. Peter’s Square and visit the famous St. Peter Basilica.
  • Lunch Drop-off. Tour bus will drop off groups near or at recommended restaurants.
  • Meet local English speaking guide for afternoon walking tour of the Eternal City’s grand piazzas. Tour begins at the Spanish Steps and continues to the legendary Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the baroque Piazza Navona.
  • Evening at leisure.
  • Overnight Location: Rome
  • Meal(s) included: Breakfast

Tour Day 3, (Goodbye Italy)

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check out.
  • Departure (Airport transfer not included)

  • Depart Rome in the early morning for a pleasant drive along the “Sun Route” motorway, taking you through the scenic regions of Lazio and Campania.
  • LUNCH
  • Continue to Pompeii and meet our Local Guide and tour the excavated ruins (entrance included) of this incredibly well preserved Roman town, destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D
  • Return to Rome
  • Evening at leisure

Tour Day 4, May 25th, 2019 (Goodbye Italy)

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

Important Dates

  • Sign up fee of $250 per person is due by November 15th, 2018
  • Final payment and final rooming list are due by February 22nd, 2019

How to Sign up?

To pay your sign up fee, please select “3-Day UNESCO Rome Tour” or “4-Day UNESCO Rome Tour” under the promotional package section on your school dashboard.

Once your sign up fee is received, we will send you an email confirmation along with your rooming list form and invoice for the remainder due. Final payment and final rooming list are due by February 22nd, 2019

Upgraded hotels are available upon request. The selection of our hotels is based on proximity to tour sights, comfort, quality, and safety.

Meal Information

Breakfast will be served at the hotel(s) where the participants will be lodged or at a nearby restaurant. Lunches and dinners are not included.
