Hotel Accommodations

The official hotels for the China MMUN Conference are the Novotel Zhengzhou and the Zhongyou Garden Hotel. Both hotels are located within 2 miles from each other, and 4 miles from the Zhengzhou Conference Center, the conference venue. In order to benefit from the complimentary rooms for student delegates and travel package pricing for adults, school groups are required to book their hotel rooms through the MMUN website.

We strongly recommend our attendees to make reservations prior to September 17th, 2014.  All rates are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  Reservations received after the dates above will be confirmed on space and rate availability only.

Adult/Non-Delegate Travel Package Information

• Option 1:  $674.00 per person

Includes: Transportation from Zhengzhou airport to Hotel on arrival and from Hotel to Zhengzhou airport on departure, 7 nights at a 4-star hotel in double accommodation with full board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) plus the 3-day tour. After September 17th, the last-minute rate of $774 will apply.

•  Option 2:  $1,007.00 per person

Includes: Transportation from Zhengzhou airport to Hotel on arrival and from Hotel to Zhengzhou airport on departure, 7 nights at a 4-star hotel in single accommodation with full board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) plus the 3-day tour. After September 17th, the last-minute rate of $1,107 will apply.

Reservation Policies

Participants from outside of China are asked to stay at either the Novotel or the Zhongyou Garden Hotel in order to benefit from the complimentary rooms for student delegates and travel package pricing for adults, school groups are required to book their hotel rooms through the MMUN website.

In order to complete this form you will need to have valid credit card information, which is needed to secure the rooms for the adults/non-delegates. Your card will not be charged until one month prior your group’s arrival date, October 14th, 2014. Please know that all groups will need to present a valid credit card at time of check-in to cover incidentals.
