Courtesy Reminder Regarding the Closing Ceremony/Final Voting Sessions and Your Travel Arrangements

Please ensure that you plan your travel departure times according to our estimated times for return to the hotel for UE and MS . There have been schools in the past that have missed the closing ceremony/final voting due to their departure flight arrangements.  Keep in mind picking up luggage from the hotel, as well as, your own travel time from the host hotel to the airport or train/bus station. Below are the approximate return times:

February and March NYC Conferences

UE: 2pm

MS: 4pm

Chicago Conference

UE: 2pm

MS: 2pm

Rome Conference

UE: 3pm

MS: 3pm

**MMUN expects all participants to use the transportation provided by MMUN to and from the Closing Ceremony/Final Voting sessions.  If you decide to travel on your own to the Closing Ceremony/Final Voting session, it is at your own risk, as there have been schools who have missed this opportunity as a result in the past.
