Hotel Accommodations for iYES Attendees
iYES attendees are required to lodge at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York City. To take advantage of the discounted rate, groups must book their rooms online through MMUN.
Important Notes:
- Prior to making your reservation, please ensure your Summit registration is complete.
- Discounted rates will not be extended to reservations made through other booking avenues.
Hotel Reservations
- Booking requests must be sent by email.
- Click here to download the booking form. Fill it out in its entirety and save a copy on your computer.
- Send an email to raphael@nullmontessori-mun.org and attach the filled form to it. We kindly ask you to write “iYES Hotel Reservations”in the email subject line before sending it through.
Last Minute Booking Rate
$379.00 +$3.50 (Occupancy fee*) + 14.75% (State and City taxes**)
- This discounted rate is available only for iYES attendees and applies to all room types: Single, Double, Triple or Quadruple.
- Occupancy tax is $3.50 per room/night.
- Currently, the tax rates are 8.875% for the state of New York and 5.875% for the city. The tax rates will also apply to the room rate.
- Room rates don’t include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Porterage Fees.
Lodging Policy
Lodging at the Hilton Midtown hotel and booking the rooms through MMUN are mandatory requirements.
