MMUN Midwest Conference Package
Conference package features were temporarily disabled on the school dashboard. Should you need to process new or additional bookings, please follow the booking instructions on the bottom of this page.
If you have already booked the conference package for your group and need a copy of your purchase confirmation, please email booking@nullmontessori-mun.org indicating number of packages purchased, school name and last 4 digits of the credit card(s) used to process payment(s).
An email notice will be sent to MMUN coordinators as soon as the conference package features are restored and available on the dashboard.

The following are the room types, configurations and cost per person based on occupancy and length of stay (2 nights or 3 nights).

Conference Package Terms and Conditions
- Conference fees are MANDATORY and composed by the school registration fee (per school group),sign-up fee (per person) and conference package fee (per person).
- Conference registration is NOT complete until all conference fees are paid in full. Registrations will be cancelled and conference packages released if remainder fees are not received by 11:59pm EST on January 27th, 2017.
- Conference package includes: lodging for 2 or 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Welcome Meet & Greet with light refreshments on May 17th, all meals on May 18th & 19th. The 3-night package option also includes hotel accommodations on the night of May 19th and breakfast on May 20th.
- Conference package DOES NOT include: ground transportation, airfare, airport transfer or any other service not listed as included.
- Taxes do not apply to conference package fees.
- Purchase and booking of conference package must be processed solely through the MMUN website.
- Packages will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Groups who wish to anticipate or extend their stay, must request dates at the time of registration. Discounted rates will apply to shoulder nights as long as there is availability within the room block. Shoulder nights are May 16th and May 20th. The cost per person for shoulder nights is as follows:
- King Room for Single Occupancy is $150USD per person/ per night
- King or Double Queen Room for Double Occupancy is $75USD per person/ per night.
- Double Queen Room for Triple Occupancy is $50USD per person/ per nightÂ
- Double Queen Room for Quadruple Occupancy is $40USD per person/ per night
- Shoulder night rates include breakfast only.
- Shoulder night rates don’t include lunch, dinner, ground transportation, airfare or airport transfer.
- Packages purchased after the deadline will be subject to higher rates.
- Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Conference package fees are not refundable after Dec 16th, 2016.
Booking Instructions
- The fillable form feature is not available in Adobe Reader. In order to be able to digitally fill out this form, you must have Acrobat Reader DC or any version of Adobe Pro. Download Adobe Reader DC for FREE at https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
- Each form will allow you to book the conference package for a maximum of 120 participants (30 rooms). If the number of registered participants in your group is greater than 120 or your need for hotel rooms exceed 30, please download another booking form from our website.
- Each school must submit only 1 (one) booking form. Multiple forms will only be accepted if booking request requires more than 30 hotel rooms or schools need to pay with more than 3 credit cards. In which case, all forms must be attached to only 1(one) email and submitted to booking@nullmontessori-mun.org
- Booking forms will NOT be processed if your group is not fully registered on the school dashboard.
- First and last names of participants must be listed as they appear on passport.
- If your group needs to arrive early or stay beyond the conference dates, we will be able to offer the posted discounted rates as long as there is availability. Please specify arrival and departure dates under the corresponding fields in the form.
- The form must be downloaded to be filled-in.
- After filling out the booking form, please save it on your computer and name the file after your school name. SCANNED OR HANDWRITTEN FORMS WILL BE RETURNED.
- Email the filled out form to booking@nullmontessori-mun.org and type the conference name in the email subject line, e.g., NYC Conference, Rome Conference or Midwest Conference.
- Incomplete forms will be returned.
- Should you need a copy of your purchase or existing booking confirmation, please email booking@nullmontessori-mun.org indicating number of packages purchased, school name and last 4 digits of the credit card(s) used to process payment(s).
