MMUN New York Conference Deadlines

December 16th, 2016
  • School registration period ends. This may occur sooner if the maximum capacity for the conference is reached.
  • Last day to pay the sign-up fee at the early bird pricing.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Fees are not refundable if requests are received after 11:59pm EST on December 16th, 2016.
January 11th – 25th, 2017
  • Delegations must submit position papers before midnight on January 25th, 2017.
  • MMUN coordinators must review position papers prior to uploading the files through the school dashboard in Pdf or Word Doc format.
  • Students whose papers are not received by the deadline will lose their delegate status and attend the conference as observers.
January 16th, 2017
  • Registrations will be cancelled and conference packages released if remainder fees are not received by 11:59pm EST on January 16th, 2017.
January 25th, 2017
  • School dashboard will be blocked after 11:59pm EST. No further editing or new registrations will be accepted past the deadline or on-site.
February 10th, 2017
  • Groups who wish to participate in the Cultural Exchange Event and/or T-shirt Design Contest must submit their application through the school dashboard prior to 11:59pm EST on Feb 10th.
  • To review application criteria and requirements, click on the top left tabs “Cultural Exchange Event” or “T-shirt Design Contest”.
