NYC March 2018 Conference Deadlines

December 15th, 2017

• Last day to pay the sign-up fee at the early bird pricing.
• Late fee will apply after 12:00pm EST (Noon) December 15th, 2017.
• All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
• Fees are not refundable if requests are received after 12:00pm EST (Noon) on December 15th, 2017.
• School registration period ends. This may occur sooner if the maximum capacity for the conference is reached.

February 9th, 2017

Final deadlines for:

• Conference fees full payments. Registrations will be cancelled and conference packages released if remainder fees are not received by 11:59pm EST on February 9th, 2018
• Submission of all position papers (if not completed, delegates will become observers without voting rights)
• Communication to MMUN (info@nullmontessori-mun.org) of:
  • flight information (to receive your dedicated registration time-slot)
  • flag procession participants (2 persons per delegation only)
• Applications for the Cultural Exchange Event and/or T-shirt Design Contest (both are optional)
