Rome Conference Deadlines
| December 16th, 2016 |
|
- All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Fees are not refundable if requests are received after 11:59pm EST on December 15th, 2016.

| January 16th, 2017 |
- Last day to pay the sign-up fee at the early bird pricing.
- School registration period ends. This may occur sooner if the maximum capacity for the conference is reached.
|
| January 27th, 2017 |
- Registrations will be cancelled and conference packages released if remainder fees are not received by 11:59pm EST on January 27th, 2017.
|
| February 27th – March 14th, 2017 |
- Delegations must submit position papers before midnight on March 14th, 2017.
|
- MMUN coordinators must review position papers prior to uploading the files through the school dashboard in Pdf or Word Doc format.

- Students whose papers are not received by the deadline will lose their delegate status and attend the conference as observers.

| March 14th, 2017 |
- School dashboard will be blocked after 11:59pm EST. No further editing or new registrations will be accepted past the deadline or on-site.
|
| March 24th, 2017 |
- Groups who wish to participate in the Cultural Exchange Event and/or T-shirt Design Contest must submit their application through the school dashboard prior to 11:59pm EST on March 24th, 2017.
|
- To review application criteria and requirements, click on the top left tabs “Cultural Exchange Event” or “T-shirt Design Contest”.
