Rooming Options & Pricing for NYC February Conference Attendees

Please note that:

The hotels for the NYC Conference include:

Hyatt Centric Times Square hotel (1 block away)

Depending upon the room reservation configurations, you delegation may be accommodated at the Hyatt Centric Square Hotel.

1. Quadruple Accommodations	Double Full Floor Plan

Room configuration: 2 full size beds + 1 twin size sofa bed

Hyatt Centric Times Square Hotel

At Hyatt Centric Times Square Hotel each floor can be used for a group.

Standard room:

One king bed or two queen beds
325–350 square feet of space
Floor-to-ceiling windows with landmark city views
Complimentary Wi-Fi
24-hour fitness center

ATTENTION: Rooms do not have sofa beds or cots, therefore, all guests have to rely on either the single king or two queen beds (i.e. for double king, all triples and quadruples, bed-sharing is required)

Shoulder Nights

Shoulder nights are February 19th, February 20th and February 24th. Discounted rates per room/night are as follows:

Shoulder night rates don’t include meals, airfare or airport transfer, and are subject to change as discounted rates will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Participants (schools or individuals) who wish to anticipate or extend their stay, must request dates and rates at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

Conference fees are in $USD (American dollars) and do not include meals, airfare, airport transfer or any other service not mentioned as included.
Conference registration is not complete until all conference fees are paid in full. Only registered participants will be allowed entrance to the conference facilities and its events as well as access to benefits and services included in the conference fees.
Services included in conference fees will not be sold or booked separately.
Accommodations will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Conference package fees are not refundable after Dec 15th, 2017.
Late registrations are subject to a $150USD supplemental fee per participant. Early bird pricing ends on Dec 15th, 2017.
Conference fees are exempt of taxes.
Discounted pricing is not available outside the MMUN website.
