The rooming arrangements, room types and cost per participant based on room occupancy are as follows:

Triple Accommodations – Traditional Room (occupancy 3 people)

Room Type: Double Queen

Shoulder Nights

Shoulder nights are April 3rd, April 6th, and April 7th. Discounted rates per room/night are as follows:

04/03/2017  Traditional Room with 2 double beds $200 USD per room

04/06/2017 Traditional Room with 2 double beds $220 USD per room

04/07/2017 Traditional Room with 2 double beds $220 USD per room

Shoulder night rates don’t include meals, airfare or airport transfer, and are subject to change as discounted rates will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Participants (school groups or individuals) who wish to anticipate or extend their stay, must request dates and rates at the time of registration.

Terms and Conditions

• Conference fees are in $USD (American dollars) and do not include meals, airfare, airport transfer or any other service not mentioned as included.
• Conference registration is not complete until all conference fees are paid in full. Only registered participants will be allowed entrance to the conference facilities and its events as well as access to benefits and services included in the conference fees.
• Services included in conference fees will not be sold or booked separately.
• Accommodations will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
• Conference package fees are not refundable after Feb 16th, 2018.
• Late registrations are subject to a $150USD supplemental fee per participant. Early bird pricing ends on Feb 16th, 2018.
• Conference fees are exempt of taxes.
• Discounted pricing is not available outside the MMUN website.
