China Conference Schedule

Ni Hao! We are looking forward to seeing you in October for the upcoming MMUN China Conference in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. To make the most of the MMUN experience, the following schedule will provide some useful information to aid in your pre-conference planning. Please check back often. Additional information will be updated regularly.

At the Blossom Water Museum Hotel and Grand Hall of Zhejiang Province in Hangzhou, China

Housing and Committee sessions will be at the famous Blossom Water Museum Hotel, a beautiful five-star hotel and leading conference center in Hangzhou. Opening and Closing Ceremonies will be at the Shangri-la Hotel.

• Monday, October 2nd 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel

9:00am – 8:00pm – Shuttle from Hangzhou and Shanghai Airports

2:00pm – Hotel check-in begins at the Blossom Water Museum Hotel (presence of the MMUN Coordinator of each school is required)

7:00pm-8:30pm – Dinner

• Tuesday, October 3rd 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel and Grand Hall of Zhejiang Province

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

12:00pm-1:30pm – Lunch

11:00am-2:00pm – On-site registration for all conference attendees (presence of the MMUN Coordinator of each school is required)

2:30pm – Shuttle bus boarding and immediate departure for Opening Ceremony at The Shangri-la Hotel

3:30pm-5:00pm -Flag Procession and Opening Ceremony at The Shangri-la Hotel

5:00pm – Shuttle bus boarding and immediate departure for return to Blossom Water Museum Hotel

6:00pm-8:00pm – Dinner

• Wednesday, October 4th 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel 

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

8:00am-9:00am – Country Display Setup

9:00am-12:00pm – Committee Sessions

12:00pm-1:30pm – Lunch

1:30pm-5:00pm – Committee Sessions

5:00pm -6:00pm – Evening Break

6:00pm-7:30pm – Dinner

7:30pm-9:00pm – Culture Exchange Night

• Thursday, October 5th 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel 

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00am-12:00pm – Committee Sessions

12:00pm-1:30pm – Lunch

1:30pm-5:00pm – Committee Sessions

5:00pm-6:00pm – Evening Break

6:00pm-7:30pm – Dinner

7:30pm-9:00pm – Social Night

• Friday, October 6th 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel and Grand Hall of Zhejiang province

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00am – Shuttle bus boarding and immediate departure for Closing Ceremony at Grand Hall of Zhejiang Province

10:00am-11:30am – Closing ceremony at Grand Hall of Zhejiang Province

11:30am-6:00pm – Shuttle bus boarding and start of post-conference tour (lunch will be out during tour)

6:00pm-7:30pm – Dinner at Water Blossom Museum Hotel

• Saturday, October 7th 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel and Post-Conference Tour

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00am-6:00pm – Shuttle bus boarding and start of post-conference tour (lunch will be out during tour)

6:00pm-8:00pm – Dinner

• Sunday, October 8th 

Location: Blossom Water Museum Hotel

7:00am-9:00am – Breakfast

9:00am-12:00pm – Hotel Check-out

9:00am-2:00pm – Shuttle to Hangzhou and Shanghai Airports
